- Managing residents’ everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life care

What you'll be doing
At its heart, this role is about knowing what needs to happen, who needs to do it, and making sure it gets done.

You will provide clinic-based services during the day – mainly primary care, district nursing and ‘on-call’ services as per a roster.
