As our Chef you are not only responsible for resident production meals but delivering the vibrant café menu and varied cabinet assortment to entice guests and visitors and catering to a range of diets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking set meals that are delivered to residents that can’t come to the café
- Cooking short orders for your cafe customers
- Assisting with creating a beautiful café specials menu
- Complying with the approved Food Control Plan
- Providing support and guidance to the kitchen team regarding food preparation techniques
Alongside your day to day you can demonstrate your creative culinary flair catering our village fine dining and themed events.
The hours for this role are: Friday, Saturday 7:30am-3pm & every second Sunday 10am-6pm
You will be an experienced and passionate Chef who loves to put people at the heart of their food. You will be used to a fast-paced kitchen where you will be preparing set meals as well as café orders. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, loves bringing people together over food, and enjoys going the extra mile for their customers.
To be successful you will bring:
- A professional cookery qualification
- Experience working as a Cook or a Chef
- Sound understanding of Food Safety Plans
- A team player who loves passing on their culinary knowledge to their colleagues

As a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant, you'll be a key part of creating a clean, uplifting, and homelike environment for residents, their whānau, and fellow team members.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Ensuring high-quality cleaning across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, laundry, and kitchen facilities
- Laundering, folding and returning residents’ clothing and linens with care and attention
- Labelling, mending and maintaining residents' personal laundry items
- Supporting infection control measures and health and safety procedures
- Building friendly, respectful relationships with residents and understanding their unique needs
This is a casual role, working on an 'as and when required' basis.

Reporting to the Operations Business Manager, this role provides high-quality, remote administrative support that enables Village-based teams to focus more of their time on providing exceptional customer service and resident experiences.
This is a Fixed term role until 31 March 2027. We are open to both part-time and full-time options.

Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include:
- Use your operational expertise and experience to improve how front line teams deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide administration support to Village and Care teams, keeping communication clear and ensuring information, enquiries, and requests are actioned in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly registers, tools and templates, making sure they are accurate, consistent, and available on time for Village teams.
- Resident Administration and Billing - Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident information in VCare and process and maintain accurate resident on-charging records in VCare.
- Financial Administration, create and maintain purchase orders within delegated authority.
- Be the first point of contact for AP for investigating and resolving billing issues.
- Building strong working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and teams.
About You:
