As the Property Manager at our Cambridge village, you will work full time on a 40-hour week from Monday -Friday. You will be responsible for a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and manintenance of all property, grounds and other Village assets.
Typical duties include:
- Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
- Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
- Property and asset planning

About the Role
As our Onsite Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, people‑first technology experience across our Wellington Head Office and wider Wellington region.
Sitting within our Digital Service Experience team, this is a highly visible, hands‑on role where you’ll provide frontline technology support through our Tech Bar and onsite services.
